We seek sales professionals with a successful track record in acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, and skilled at building rapport and trust.
We value a blend of sales drive and customer service mentality to foster loyal, satisfied partners.This role involves partnering with accountants whose clients are small business owners.
You will onboard entire accounting firms to Gusto, understanding their needs and conveying Gusto's value.
You'll manage ongoing relationships with new accountant partners and work to expand your portfolio.Responsibilities include:Managing a high-volume book of business, building long-term relationships with accounting partners, managing 80-120 partners.Engaging with existing partners through a high-velocity consultative sales process, interacting with 200+ clients quarterly.Updating partners on product developments and best practices, advocating for their needs to inform Gusto's roadmap.Convincing additional accountants to join and adopt Gusto internally.Winning new business against competitors, averaging around 200 new adds per quarter.Constructing, forecasting, and managing your sales pipeline.Using People Advisory and Certification to deepen partnerships.Delivering product demos and handling technical inquiries.Maintaining accurate CRM records.Qualifications:5+ years in a sales role.2+ years managing a book of business with a quota, focusing on net-new acquisitions.Experience in relevant areas (unspecified) is required.Proven high performer exceeding quotas in high-volume, fast-paced environments.Team player, versatile, inspiring colleagues.Excited to help shape the GustoPro Sales team foundation.Compensation varies by location, with targeted OTE between $105,000 and $145,000, depending on the city.
Final offers depend on experience and expertise.Employees in Denver, San Francisco, and New York are expected to work in-office 2-3 days per week.
