As a Valatam team member, you will play a crucial role in developing client projects and accounts to initiate and maintain good client-team member relationships, meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments, ensuring that project goals are met, and ensuring customer satisfaction.You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:Maintaining relationships with clients through regular check-insPreemptively solving problems with clients or their team members before they happenGrowing our teams on each account through upselling and cross-sellingGenerating referrals from your accountsPresenting new placements, scheduling calls, and onboarding clientsUpdating databases and generating reports as neededUpdating VA Manager on new placements and coordinating placement logisticsProviding feedback on team members' performance and client satisfactionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredC1/C2 English writing and speaking skillsAt least 2 years of account or client management experience, preferably remoteExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationshipsAbility to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordinglyA quiet home office with a desk and office chairStable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speedA laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphoneAccess to a quiet "home office" environmentAccess to a backup place of work in case of power or internet failure, plus secondary backup internet options (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.
