We are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals by offering a wide range of services designed to empower recovery and personal growth including intensive outpatient program and ketamine assisted program.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to join our growing team!This is an excellent opportunity to lead and mentor clinicians, contribute to the development of a thriving practice, and grow your career in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Why Join Us?A Well-Established Local Clinic: Be part of a practice with deep roots in the Valencia and Westlake Village communities and a strong reputation for excellence in mental health care.Leadership Opportunity: Shape the next generation of clinicians by providing individual and group supervision, clinical guidance, and mentorship.Collaborative Environment: Work with a dynamic team of professionals in a multidisciplinary setting that values collaboration and support.Impactful Work: Play a key role in maintaining clinical excellence while contributing to the practice's overall growth and success.What You'll Do:Organize effective clinical operations at Valencia and Westlake locationsFind and implement necessary technologies for clinical services development at the Valencia and Westlake officeMonitor and Develop Psychotherapy and Intensive Outpatient ProgramsParticipate in long-term planning for budget, production, and staffingEnsure compliance with approved policies and standardsAssist in clinic expansion planning and executionOversee clinical treatment programs and quality assuranceManage scheduling and create new openings for servicesPrepare new clinicians for treatment modalitiesImprove department productivity and efficiencyCoordinate hiring, onboarding, and retention of clinical staffSupervise supervisors, associates, and licensed therapistsWhat You'll Need:A current and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California.A minimum of 2 years of previous clinical director experience.Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a passion for fostering growth and development in others.Expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a commitment to evidence-based practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.A collaborative and flexible mindset, with a dedication to maintaining a positive team culture.What We Offer:Competitive compensation rateCompany sponsored Medical Insurance at 100% and Dental and Vision Insurance at 75% for employee only coverage.
