Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead social skills groups, provide caregiver training, and supervise direct reports in a dynamic team environment. Our team consists of caring colleagues who support each other, encourage collaboration, and refine clinical skills to benefit the participants we serve.Key Benefits: Outstanding reputation in the quality of services we provide Opportunities to learn and grow through research, training, and provider network programs Education and training opportunities, including free in-house CEUs The opportunity to present CEU trainings and discussions to colleagues A supportive and collaborative work environment Manageable productivity requirements The benefits of a team environment and a large organizationResponsibilities: Monitors and analyzes the clinical quality of assigned social skills groups Maintains group capacity and provides caregiver training Provides supervision to direct reports and ensures a clear workflow of referrals, screenings, interventions, and transitions Monitors the productivity of direct reports and maintains productivity standards Creates regional inquiry lists of potential social skills participants Initiates trial exposures for participants to maintain group capacity Manages attendance compliance and oversees the trial exposure process Monitors the accurate billing of direct reports Creates initial treatment plans, generates progress reports, and term reports Leads caregiver training activities and connects families with community resources Leads a team of Social Skills associates and analyzes data to guide treatment decisions Conducts assessments, facilitates social skills groups, and provides supervision to meet monthly productivity requirements Maintains materials for Social Skills Group and manages administrative work tasksQualifications: A Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, psychology, or a related field A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing or Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) or licensed psychologist Three years of related professional experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting 1-2 years of management experience with strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications Expert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and behavioral analytic approaches Able to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations Ability to maintain customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
