We seek a Digital Marketing Client Manager & Project Lead to bridge the gap between client communication and campaign execution.This hybrid role requires someone who thrives in managing deliverables, communicating with clients, and ensuring campaigns meet performance goals.
You will collaborate with our execution team (PPC/SEO specialists, content team, designers, and automation experts) while maintaining deliverables, timelines, and accountability for client satisfaction.This role is pivotal in freeing the CEO to focus on business growth (sales) and high-level strategy while ensuring clients receive top-notch service and results.The person who is a good fit for this role is strategic, analytical, a strong communicator, and knows how to be the bridge between customer success and meeting their performance expectations.
Does that sound like you?Key ResponsibilitiesClient-Facing Responsibilities (40%)Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication about campaign progress, deliverables, and results.Host bi-weekly/monthly status meetings to share updates, performance reports, and next steps.Respond to client inquiries promptly, troubleshooting issues and escalating major concerns to the strategy leader when needed.Prepare and deliver performance reports using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or project reports from ClickUp.Build trust with clients by clearly articulating campaign objectives, progress, and outcomes.Project Management & Execution Oversight (60%)Collaborate with the performance team (PPC, SEO, design, development, content, and automation) to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals (ClickUp/Slack).Manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities using ClickUp to maintain transparency and accountability.Oversee the quality assurance (QA) process, ensuring all deliverables meet agency standards before client review.Troubleshoot issues in campaign performance, collaborating with specialists to identify and implement solutions.Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and efficiency across client campaigns.Skills & Traits We're Looking ForClient Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.Project Management: Highly organized, able to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment (ClickUp/Slack).Problem Solving: Analytical thinker who can troubleshoot campaign issues and propose actionable solutions.Performance-Driven: Focused on delivering measurable results tied to lead generation and conversions.Team Collaboration: Works effectively with a diverse team of specialists, ensuring seamless project execution (ClickUp/Slack/Zoom).Qualifications3+ years in digital marketing project management or client management.Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and marketing tools.Strong understanding of performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, content, and email marketing).Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns and workflows.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google and Meta Ads managers.BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or a related field.Why Join Us?At Yokel Local, you'll work with a talented team of digital marketers focused on delivering measurable results for our clients.
