Minimum Qualifications:
Proven supervisory experience
Ability to read shelf tags
Basic knowledge of computers
Excellent communication skills
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)
Self-directed with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in a production or warehouse environment, or cashier experience
Key Responsibilities:
Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
Ensure compliance with laws, food safety, and company policies
Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
Train team members
Act as the person in charge of e-Commerce department when necessary
Assist with scheduling and order management
Maintain equipment and supplies
Troubleshoot e-Commerce devices
Report discrepancies and issues
Perform opening and closing procedures
Implement process improvements
Provide performance feedback
Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment
Manage conflicts professionally
Maintain honesty and integrity
