To accomplish this, you will support managers, site leaders, and the labor function generally.How you will contributeSupport, improve, and execute the company's labor relations activitiesAssist with and conduct union contract negotiationsDevise and direct positive employee relations activities with an integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focusProvide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievancesCollaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in labor relationsWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
You will bring experience and knowledge in:Relevant labor relations or human resources experienceExperience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and/or union-free campaigns, with prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferredAbility to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates, and union representativesDrive for results and customer service orientationProject management skills and proactive work managementProven track record of performance results, meeting multiple deadlines and project prioritiesBusiness Unit SummaryMondelez International is an equal opportunity employer.
