OverviewCesvi Fondazione ETS seeks a highly experienced professional to lead its country programme in Venezuela.
As the Country Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the programme, including coordination, supervision, and development.
You will work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure that the programme aligns with organisational goals and objectives.Salary and BenefitsThis is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary range of €3600-4000 gross/monthly.
Benefits include a guest house, insurance coverage, and one round-trip flight per year.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Coordinating and supervising all aspects of the country programmeDeveloping and implementing programme strategiesRepresenting Cesvi Fondazione ETS at stakeholder meetings and eventsEnsuring the effective implementation of safeguarding policiesRequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have:A university degreeA minimum of three years of experience in the NGO environmentExtensive experience of working in a senior management role in a complex country programmeStrong project writing skillsProven leadership and management experienceGood diplomatic skillsFluency in English and high proficiency in Spanish
