The ideal candidate brings experience in processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial compliance—paired with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.You'll operate remotely and interface with distributed teams across time zones.
A proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will set you up for success.What You'll DoValidate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timelinessTrack financial transactions and maintain updated ledgersCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepanciesSupport compliance with healthcare finance regulations and internal controlsContribute to monthly/annual close processes and audit readinessLeverage tools like Excel, QuickBooks, or NetSuite to manage financial dataKeep clear, well-organized records and documentation for all financial activityMust-Have QualificationsAt least 3 years in a finance, accounting, or operations roleDirect experience in the medical or healthcare industry (non-negotiable)Invoice processing expertise and strong administrative finance skillsHigh accuracy and attention to detail in data handlingProficiency in financial software and spreadsheetsStrong English communication; Spanish is a plusNice to HaveExperience on remote, cross-border finance teamsKnowledge of HIPAA, healthcare billing, or claims managementStrong time management under tight deadlinesCompensation Range: $12K - $16.8K
