As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in developing responsive WordPress websites while utilizing your technical programming skills.Your Responsibilities:Create high-performance, responsive WordPress websites that meet client requirements and industry best practices.Develop custom themes and plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.Optimize website performance, including page load speed and mobile responsiveness.Implement and customize third-party integrations, perform website updates, backups, and security enhancements, and conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure website functionality and compatibility across different browsers and devices.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you'll need:Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Website Designer & Developer with at least 5 years of experience.Able to clearly communicate with clients via Zoom and Trello boards in English.Able to manage junior website developers.Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation.Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer:As a valued member of our team, you can expect:Competitive hourly wage ($65,300 per year paid bi-weekly).Paid time off.Floating holidays.Profit sharing.Flexible schedule.Performance-based bonuses.
