Daily, you will cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from established internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.You will manage multiple sales processes simultaneously through various stages, documenting progress and following through from initial contact to implementation, ensuring your new business is operational on the solutions you sell.

Apply now!To learn more about Sales at ADP, watch here: You'll Do: ResponsibilitiesGrow Our Business While Growing Yours: Work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and meet sales goals by implementing a strategic approach.Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: Recommend solutions to meet clients' business needs, and network to generate referral business through in-person and phone interactions with decision-makers.Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: Cross-sell with other ADP teams to expand existing accounts and build long-term relationships.Collaborate Daily: Act as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador, demonstrating professionalism and ethical standards under pressure.Required Qualifications: To Succeed in This RolePositive Self-Starter: Upbeat, persistent, comfortable cold calling, managing time, and presenting ideas clearly in various formats.Strategic Closer: Established network, experience with outside B2B sales, a proven track record of closing deals and managing a territory.Proven Winner: Ambitious, thrives under pressure, exceeds sales quotas.College degree is preferred but not required.
