About the CompanyBrainscape, a leading AI-driven adaptive learning platform with > 10 million users, is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to help us qualify and appropriately respond to inbound sales opportunities for enterprise and e-learning licenses.About the PositionOur chosen candidate will be tasked with helping us execute our sales and customer success processes, which consists of supporting a broad variety of users, including teachers, professors, publishing company executives, corporate trainers, and other types of e-learning professionals.
You will work directly with our Customer Relationship Management team as you qualify inbound sales leads and support some basic clients with end to end sales and service processes.This is a part-time remote position, with the potential for growth to full-time (e.g.
full-time Account Manager) for the right candidate, and with occasional travel elsewhere for live team outings.
The team is targeting native English speakers in North or South America.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and research inbound sales leads for Sales QualificationDeliver prospect responses using various channels/communication as appropriateSchedule and hold initial discovery calls with prospectsUpdate prospect information into HubSpot Sales Pro CRMLook for and suggest efficiencies within our tool and team processesComplete a range of activities for customers: invoicing, prospect research, utilization reviews, and consultation to help them share and expand their Brainscape usage.Outreach to past "warm" leads for reengagementQualificationsExtroverted, creative, problem-solver to find the right solution for our prospectsTeam mentality with ability to give and receive clear and constructive feedbackImpeccable organizational skills and communication skillsStrong stamina to hustle through multiple consecutive emails, phone & video callsAn inquisitive mindset and eagerness to ask users pointed questionsAbility to switch context and "tone" when speaking in different marketsAbility to "read between the lines" and find key "trigger" words to accurately triage leadsConfidence to be able to update and help improve job-related processes as appropriate6 Months of experience in SDR, BDR or other sales role is a plusEd Tech experience a plus--specifically with schools, test prep, and/or corporate L&DAbility to build and maintain client relationships and identify areas for growthMultilingual a plus (specifically Portuguese)Tools: CRM, Google Suite, Trello, Slack
