Your Responsibilities:
As a member of this team YOU will be responsible to develop, lead and scale the planning and implementation of Innovation strategies for Today and Chapstick.
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Develop strategy & pipeline strategy “Where to play” & “How to Win” for Today and Chapstick
Identifynew“Unmet growth platforms”, lead business case and approve through governances
Lead projects with cross functional team & ensure progress on plan
Deploy consumer insights to drive Innovation agenda & help unlock new opportunities to deliver Innovation targets in Colombia
Lead and own projects from idea creation through launch execution, conduct research validation process and manage local stakeholders as a business partner
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration
8 yrs. experience in product innovation in Consumer goods and/or OTC companies
8 yrs. experience in managing P&L directly or indirectly
Written and spoken fluency in English
Strong analytical and consumer knowledge, ability to use insights/ data to influence decision making and build robust business cases
Strong planning and project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence teams via leadership and making a real impact in business
Preferred Qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus
Regional or global experience is preferred
Personal Care portfolio experience is preferred
