If you are curious, proactive, and interested in launching your career in IT recruitment — we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do As a Junior Consultant, you'll support and execute real hiring projects while learning on the job.
This is an entry-level role with a clear growth path and structured training provided.
Your responsibilities will include:Entering and organizing job requests in our ATSCreating sourcing maps (target companies, tools, geography)Preparing outreach templates and screening questionsSearching for candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and internal databasesWriting and sending personalized outreach messages (30+ per day)Communicating with candidates and scheduling screening callsConducting short interviews and pre-screenings (15–20 min)Evaluating candidate fit based on clear criteriaRecording progress and notes in our ATSSupporting consultants with updates and candidate summariesParticipating in internal training, team syncs, and feedback sessionsWhat We're Looking For - Native Spanish speaker - Good level of English - enough to conduct interviews and assess fluency - Interest in IT, people, and communication - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn - Responsible and self-organized - Comfortable writing messages, tracking responses, and working with basic data - Available for 30+ hours per week - Access to a computer with a good webcam, stable internet, and a quiet environment for remote workWhat We Offer - Paid contractor position with a clear career path to Consultant and Senior Consultant - Real projects from day one with personalized support - Flexible working hours and full remote setup - Collaborative and international team - Experience in one of the most in-demand areas of the job market - IT recruitmentHiring Process 1.
