ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Develop and implement strategic account plans.Regular communication with key accounts to monitor the health of the account.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders.Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services or products offered to key accounts.Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases.Foster a culture of customer-centricity, professionalism, and excellence within the organization.Proactively identify gaps in current processes and systems and offer solutions for improvement.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.5 plus years of experience in a similar role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.EssentialsProficiency with ERP Next or similar application.Experience with a ticketing system.Experience in e-commerce.Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM).Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team.Capable of establishing process design with maximum automation.Amenable to work + or - 4 hours CET.Nice to HaveExperience in Global Trade.Knowledge of the German language.
