Examples of which are the following:Our roadmap is impressive and non-stop.Our extensive list of growing DSO Customers is fascinating.Our product portafolio and road map is unmatchedThere is no other platform like ours in the market.We are planning to continue expanding our team members in Caracas.Simply put, we came to transform an industry.What You'll DoLead & mentor a team of project coordinators and specialists to be hired in Caracas, assisted by our Head of PM, offering feedback, coaching, and professional growth support.Manage complex projects across multiple multi-country, cross functional teams, from scoping and onboarding through final delivery.Drive clarity & consistency by shaping workflows, documentation, and best practices across our operations.Plan & scope projects, ensuring customer requirements are clearly defined, priced accurately, and translated into achievable solutions.Participate hands-on in strategic customer accounts, setting a high standard for leadership and delivery.Collaborate across engineering, operations, and customer teams to deliver fully integrated solutions within the DentalRobot ecosystem.Serve as a trusted partner to customers, able to confidently present strategies, align stakeholders, and guide high-level decisions.Identify and resolve delivery challenges, introducing new methodologies and keeping communication seamless across teams.Foster accountability and learning by building playbooks, leading retrospectives, and maintaining structured process documentation.Spot opportunities to expand impact, connecting DentalRobot's full AI-RCM capabilities to customer needs.What You'll Need to Succeed6+ years of experience in project or program management, including 2+ years leading a team.Proven track record managing large-scale, technology-driven projects with cross-functional contributors.Demonstrated ability to scale delivery operations and document workflows in fast-moving, remote-first environments.Exceptional communication and leadership presence, with a collaborative and empathetic approach to management.Strategic thinker with attention to detail, able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.Comfortable working with executive stakeholders, presenting ideas, and managing feedback.Experience adapting project methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) to the needs of each engagement.Familiarity with project management and AI toolsWhat will make You successful?
