Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the iSeries Manager is to plan, design, implement, administer, and support all iSeries systems.

Ensure adherence to IT quality and security standards.
Develop and maintain Service and Business Level Agreements.
Manage iSeries security.

Coordinate ongoing professional development.
Assist in creating SOPs, standards, and work instructions.
Manage projects and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Support maintenance, design, and administration of iSeries systems.

Understanding of infrastructure components such as LAN/WAN, UPS, and power systems.
