We move quickly, rely on data, and care deeply about the quality and stability of everything we ship.About The RoleAs a Product Analyst at Sparrow, you'll turn customer insights into action.
You'll dig into how people use our product—what's working, what's not—and help shape a smoother, smarter, and more compliant user experience.
Working closely with engineering, risk, compliance, fraud, and support teams, you'll drive strategic initiatives designed to scale and improve the financial lives of millions.
If you're excited by data, fast iteration, and the chance to influence a high-growth product, we'd love to meet you.This person will report to the Director of Product.In This Role, You WillOwn product features that directly improve the financial lives of underserved customers—from idea to launch to iteration.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and technical specs.Analyze customer usage patterns using tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.Track, provide direction for, review, and provide feedback on product enhancements and bug fixes.Support multiple lines of business with issue resolution, testing, and production support.Identify and implement process and efficiency improvements that will improve the customer experience and make business operations more efficient and successful.Maintain a positive, goal-oriented, and engaging culture.As a member of a dynamic, fast-growing start-up, you'll have the opportunity to contribute on a wide variety of other duties as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceMinimum of 2 years of product and/or project management experience, preferably in the financial services field.Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required; experience with productivity tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, and/or JIRA preferred.Familiarity with product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel or AmplitudeExperience with agile project management methodology is a bonus.Medical, dental and vision coverage, with a 100% company-paid employee-only optionUnlimited time off and 13 company holidays per year$50 per month Wellness Stipend - to use in any way that helps you thrive!Paid parental leave401(k) Plan with 4% matchingStock optionsWe are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.More About SparrowAt Sparrow, we believe that we can grant credit to the underserved and overlooked better than any company that exists today.
