Position Overview:
Foster long-term relationships with clients(contractors)
Understand the client's needs
Evaluate resumes and applicants
Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
Provide advice to clients
Write job ads
Meet with clients weekly to go over the recruitment campaign on zoom
Reading and interpreting the Wimbush assessment as it applies to the applicant and the position
Relay relevant information to the recruiting team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, HR consultant, or similar position
Understanding of sources and recruiting techniques
Customer service skills
Computer savvy
Outstanding communication ability
Confident and pleasant personality
Well-organized
Strong understanding of ATS platforms.
Very proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, & Microsoft Office.
Sound judgment
BSc/BA in Human Resources or other related field is a plus
Understanding the construction industry is a plus
Must speak and understand English well
Compensation:
Fully remote position
Rate of Pay: Dependent Upon Experience
Part-time to full-time work dependent on the number of current clients
