We seek a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive outbound demand generation to fuel our sales pipeline.Position OverviewAs an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, initiating meaningful conversations, and setting up appointments for the sales team.
You will prospect, qualify leads, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts.
This is a remote position, and for candidates outside the U.S., the ability to speak English well is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Demand Generation:Conduct 100+ outbound calls per day and engage with prospects via email and social media.Research target markets and identify decision-makers within the jewelry industry.Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through consistent outreach.Lead Qualification:Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and aligning them with VDB's solutions.Conduct discovery conversations and pass qualified leads to the sales team for further development.CRM Management:Track prospecting activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar systems.Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture leads and progress them through the sales funnel.Collaboration:Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation.Provide feedback on lead quality and adjust prospecting efforts as needed.RequirementsExperience & Skills:1+ years of SDR experience a must (in SaaS/PaaS or tech is a plus but not required)Proven track record in outbound sales.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects via phone, email, and social media.Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.Fluent English is required (close to native speaking accent).Personal Attributes:Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.Capable of working independently in a fast-paced sales environment.A strong desire to grow within a sales career.Compensation: 1,200 - 1,800 USD per month (The hired candidate will be evaluated after 6 months of employment; if satisfactory, a commission structure will be set accordingly).If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
