Company: Stardust SugarJob Title: Remote Contract Sales RepresentativeJob Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Contract Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by leasing space in hotels, casinos, arcades, and family entertainment venues.
This is a remote, contract-based position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to earn based on your success in building client relationships and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and target potential clients, including hotels, casinos, arcades, and family entertainment venues, to lease designated spaces.Conduct market research to locate high-potential locations and decision-makers within target industries.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation.Present leasing opportunities to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with Stardust Sugar.Negotiate contract terms and close deals to secure leases, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Meet sales targets and provide regular updates on progress.Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and finalized contracts using designated tools or systems.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in commercial leasing or real estate is a plus).Strong ability to identify and cold-call potential clients, with excellent prospecting and lead-generation skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Familiarity with the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industries is preferred but not required.Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.Proficiency in email outreach and virtual meeting platforms is a plus.Compensation:This is a contract position with compensation based on a commission structure tied to successful leases secured.
Our commission structure is designed to reward sales performance with both immediate and long-term benefits.
For each successful lease agreement, our sales representative will earn a one-time bonus ranging from $150 to $350 (Please Inquire for more information), determined by the specifics of the lease and its location.
Additionally, sales representatives will receive 10% of the monthly lease revenue in perpetuity, providing a consistent income stream for as long as the lease remains active.
