Whilst children develop at their own pace, some experience challenges and need additional support. The Child Development Service are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and skilled Speech Pathologists who can support infants, children and young people with developmental concerns to reach their full potential.  In this role, you will provide comprehensive evidence-based Speech Pathology services to the clients and families of Child Development Service in addition to providing education and support to community stakeholders. You will also actively prioritise and coordinate your own caseload and work within a multidisciplinary team framework. This is an open-ended recruitment pool for Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. About Child Development Service  The Child Development Service provides multidisciplinary assessment and intervention services to infant, children and young people with developmental delay or difficulties that impact on function, participation and/or the parent-child relationship. Clinicians adopt a child and family-centred approach, working in partnership with families to address developmental concerns that are of priority to the family. Our teams include Clinical Psychologists, Developmental Paediatricians, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists and other allied health professionals. The Child Development Service provides services at approximately 18 locations across the metropolitan Perth area, as well as providing home, school and community visits as needed. This includes individual and group supervision, targeted training and support as well as realistic work expectations as you transition to your new work role.
