Your Responsibilities:
As a member of this team YOU will be responsible to ensure the planning and implementation of Innovation strategies for Dolex working closely with global categories and local teams also lead Centrum Innovation strategy capitalizing on global portfolio.
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Partner with global to influence Dolex innovation strategy e.g. Liase between Loc & Global to make things happen, continuous follow up, ensure deadlines are met, remove barriers, elevate watch outs
Lead business cases, P&L & projects locally and at different governance levels
Maximize synergies with Reg., Medical, CMO, etc
Lead projects with cross functional team & ensure progress on plan
Lead pain repeatable growth model “GSK growth strategy” innovation workstream for Pain Col.
Deploy insights to influence Dolex & Centrum Innovation agenda to help unlock new opportunities and fill pipeline
Lead and own projects from idea creation through launch execution, conduct research validation process and manage local stakeholders as a business partner
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
10 yrs. experience in product innovation in Consumer goods and/or OTC companies
10 yrs. experience in managing P&L directly or indirectly
Written and spoken fluency in English
Strong analytical and consumer knowledge, ability to use insights/ data to influence decision making and build robust business cases
Strong planning and project management skills
Robust strategic & influencing skills to be able to influence category and hold teams’ accountable
Ability to influence teams via leadership and making a real impact in business
Preferred Qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus
Pain and VMS experience are preferred
Regional or global experience is preferred
