You will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for all divisions and specialized trade teams.
This role requires a blend of strategic ownership, organizational skills, and industry knowledge to ensure efficient hiring processes aligned with our operational goals.You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle—from collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, to implementing innovative sourcing techniques that engage potential candidates.
Additionally, you will build strong relationships with educational institutions and industry networks to cultivate a diverse talent pipeline.
You will also analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and continuously improve hiring practices.Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing & EngagementDevelop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.Actively source candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach.Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.Build and nurture relationships with trade schools, vocational programs, and industry groups.Recruitment Process ManagementScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates.Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for all applicants.Data & Process OptimizationTrack and analyze key recruitment metrics (turnover, fill rate, etc.
).Ensure compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and safety regulations.Improve applicant tracking and maintain accurate candidate records.Assist in refining and optimizing recruitment workflows to increase efficiency.Onboarding & Candidate ExperienceSupport new hire onboarding by facilitating paperwork and pre-employment requirements.Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.Gather candidate feedback and suggest improvements to the hiring process.Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry expos.Assist with social media recruitment efforts, job advertisements, and employer branding initiatives.Support internal referral programs and employee recruitment incentives.Qualifications:Bilingual in Spanish and English – Strongly PreferredEffective verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric focus.Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a dedication to excellence.Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Craigslist, and applicant tracking systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.Solid understanding of the construction industry and its specific technical roles.Ability to adapt to evolving recruitment needs and industry trends.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdministrative and Human ResourcesIndustriesConstruction
