Responsibilities: Rollout and Integration: Lead the rollout of new features and integrations, ensuring a smooth transition for users.Customer Support: Devote a significant portion of your day to promptly responding to emails and providing excellent customer support.Refunds and Event Creation: Handle refund requests and assist in creating events on the platform.CRM Expertise: Utilize your previous experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Air Cool, and assist in managing customer data effectively.Payment Processing: Manage payment processes, including interactions with Zero and Stripe platforms.
