Join us in changing the way the world uses energy & water and become part of our innovative and talented team!SEW Technical Delivery Manager is a key role in SEW's product delivery organization, requiring a strong business and systems integration background, with experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing best practice business changes through technology solutions.
This role demands knowledge of client technology and business landscape and SEW product/platform integration, which are critical to both client and SEW success.Lead product delivery engagements from post-sales to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with business scope, technology/integration deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and business outcomes.Manage all aspects of client and solution delivery (Technical / Functional).Lead and manage the product delivery team with active communication and strong product, business, and engineering knowledge.Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables such as project, test, data, functional, and integration technical plans, issues/risk register, and weekly status reports.Identify opportunities to add value for clients and collaborate internally to share new business use cases and technology features.Drive continuous improvements in delivery methodology and service offerings based on client feedback.Provide thought leadership by influencing and consulting stakeholders on governance, program/project management, business processes, and technical issues, presenting options with pros, cons, and risks.Experience6-10 years of experience as a technical delivery lead/manager with enterprise software and/or consulting firms delivering software products/projects.BSc/MS in Computer Science/Engineering is preferred.Experience in product development/engineering with .NET / SAP / Oracle / Java is preferred.MBA is a plus but not necessary.Proven experience deploying enterprise software and customer experience solutions in client environments.Self-motivated, positive influence, with business and technology solutions expertise.
