As the Vice President of Finance, you will hold a pivotal leadership position reporting directly to the executive team.
Your strategic financial acumen will play a crucial role in steering the overall financial health and growth trajectory of our expanding multi-unit brand.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to executive leadership, contributing to the development and execution of organizational strategies.Oversee the financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the entire organization.Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.Produce accurate and timely financial statements for executive review, providing insights and analysis on key financial metrics.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and transparency in financial reporting.Capital ManagementManage capital structure, financing strategies, and cash flow to support the growth objectives of the organization.Collaborate with external partners, including financial institutions and investors, as needed.Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.Work closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)Evaluate and participate in potential mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic partnerships, providing financial expertise and due diligence.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
