This individual will work directly under the supervision of the SVP of the organization.
They will assist the SVP in carrying out their duties, and aid the planning, development, and execution of various company programs and initiatives.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESOverseeing construction and subcontractors.Developing and delivering on project scopes, budgets, reports, contracts, and schedules.Participating in the administration of construction contracts.Reviewing submittals and work plans.Reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly production, in collaboration with the Project Controls team.Understanding of Primavera P6, scheduling, and related analysis.Managing and overseeing safety.Ensuring that construction is implemented in a way that meets project requirements and vision.REQUIRED AND PREFERRED EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or similar field.10 to 15 years' experience in construction.Experience with Caltrans a plus.Basic understanding of construction materials, equipment, means, and methods, construction safety, temporary construction structures, and risks in construction.Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and tackle project challenges.A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.
