Job Summary Provides process engineering guidance and technical expertise to operating departmentsaiming to achieve a safe & sustained plant performance Key Responsibilities: Provides technical input in EHSS activities, e.g. MOCs, PHAs, HazOps, PSERs (Pre-Startup EHSS Reviews), and verifies EHSS process-related calculationsSupports operating departments in achieving Sustainability KPIsPerforms requested studies to assess operating plants' conditions to improve safe performance and achieve production capacity/targets, through PESR systemAnalyzes new technical developments in process engineering to propose improvements in the existing facilities, as well as a focal point for handling process-related technical service requests (TSRs)Periodically monitors critical operating parameters to assess equipment performance, with respect to optimum operation, and develops plant load optimization proposals, when applicableAssists operating departments in process project activities, i.e., preparation of process-related design packages (CDPs), CBP reviews, and related plant process modificationsSupports Operating plants in process feasibility studies, BEDD, PDP, FEED, detailed engineering, execution, run test, commissioning, and startup of site projects to ensure proper complianceInvolvement, when selected, in Mega projects to provide necessary technical supportParticipates in operating plants' startups & shutdowns, as well as support in investigations of unscheduled plant interruptionsParticipates in process-related Reliability Methodologies of operating plantsConducts studies of process chronic problems and provides short/long-term solution proposalsRepresents PETROKEMYA in licensor and other This Company entities' communication, exchanging expertise & knowledge in resolving technical problems Requirements: This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Jubail, Saudi Arabia.B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering10+ years' experience as a process engineer in a petrochemical industry at Membrane Caustic/EDC/chlorine/hydrogen plantsPreferably worked on ThyssenKrupp technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
