Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions. Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, etc Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital media for open positions. Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through a review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication. Interview candidates and create their profile summaries for the client Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers. Maintain contact with candidates to keep them updated with their process Maintain and use correctly the Applicant Tracking System to date Facilitates contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the marketplace.
