About the RoleWe are seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to join our team.
As a Valatam team member, you will play a crucial role in developing client projects and accounts to initiate and maintain good client-team member relationships, meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments, ensuring that project goals are met, and ensuring customer satisfaction.You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:Maintaining relationships with clients through regular check-insPreemptively solving problems with clients or their team members before they happenGrowing our teams on each account through upselling and cross-sellingGenerating referrals from your accountsPresenting new placements, scheduling calls, and onboarding clientsUpdating databases and generating reports as neededUpdating VA Manager on new placements and coordinating placement logisticsProviding feedback on team members' performance and client satisfactionRequirementsC1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills2+ years of account management experience (remote and serving US/Canadian/UK clients)Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degreeA quiet home office with a desk and office chairStable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speedA laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone
