As a Valatam team member, you will play a crucial role in developing client projects and accounts to initiate and maintain good client-team member relationships, meeting the operational needs of assigned client segments, ensuring that project goals are met, and ensuring customer satisfaction.You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:Update team members' placement status in internal databases to ensure accurate records of placementsUpdate VA Manager on new placements and coordinate placement logisticsIdentify upselling opportunities and present placement opportunities to team members, confirming their interest in the role and updating their availability before sending information to clientsClose upselling deals by sending potential profiles by email, introducing team members to clients, scheduling calls, and onboarding sessionsConduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure high levels of productivity have been accomplished and gather customer testimonials and referralsSchedule regular meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issuesAct as a point of contact for complaints from clients, escalate issues as appropriate and act as an intermediary and problem solver for existing accounts assigned to youGive updates on recruitment searches to clients when applicable and participate in meetings with management to discuss project performanceDiscuss upselling opportunities with Trial, HR, and Recruitment departments to identify potential candidates for each positionManage relevant email accounts and calendars, schedule meetings, generate reports, and update databases as neededProvide feedback to Trial, Recruitment, and HR departments on team member performance and client satisfactionEstablish clear client retention goals and promote the value of our services to ensure client retention and satisfaction.RequirementsC1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skillsAt least 2 years of account or client management experience preferably remoteGraduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degreeA quiet home office with a desk and office chairStable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speedA laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphoneAccess to a quiet "home office"Access to a backup place of work in case they suffer a power cut or internet failure, as well as a secondary backup internet option (mobile hotspot, Multibam, WiPod, etc.)BenefitsOur pay rate: $5/hr (approx $840-880/month)Commissions on upsellsOngoing pay rate increments once a year based on performanceDiscretionary bonuses5 Holidays as PTO10 Self-care daysGym/Wellness allowanceMedical stipend after 6 months of services providedUnlimited online fitness classes with our online personal training partnerInvites to our annual Christmas parties and other in-person or online gatheringWHY VALATAMWork-from-home, fully remote positionsSecure long-term work opportunitiesGain international experience working with US companiesEnhance your English proficiency in a multicultural work environmentPaid training opportunities and gain experience in a new industryWork with a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and innovationExperience a healthy work/life balanceEarn competitive pay in USD currencyPlease fill out our application form, ensuring you answer all the questions.
