Accountant / Bookkeeper - Accounting

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Demonstrates a thorough understanding of accounting and bookkeeping practices.Keeps abreast of updates to QuickBooks.Identifies and investigates any errors or variances.Executes weekly bookkeeping- using QuickBooks Online- to categorize and reconcile transactions.Sources any missing receipts and documentation for all transactions.Regularly update job costing forms and reports on project profitability data.Performs reconciliation.Manages accounts payable.Prepares reports on financial metrics for management analysis.Updates and reviews budget monthly.Correspondence with Managers and Crew Leaders will be necessary.Other administrative tasks as needed.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Organized, notices detail.Knowledge of Excel.Experience with QuickBooks is necessary.Comfortable with technology.Ability to communicate orally and in writing.High school or equivalent required.WARNINGS:NO TEMPORARY workers.NO working for another company at the same time.NO hiring subs to do what we hired you to do.We terminate immediately due to these violations.Please send your resume to ****** usign the word "Wolf" on your application.Job Type: Full-timePay: BsF20,000.00 - BsF25,000.00 per monthAbility to Commute:Barquisimeto, Lara (Required)Ability to Relocate:Barquisimeto, Lara: Relocate before starting work (Required)#J-18808-Ljbffr
