Accounting Intern

As an Accounting Intern, you will support various operational, administrative, and accounting tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our finance department. We are looking for recent graduates or those in the last semester of Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Previous experience is not required, so if you are interested and have the necessary skills, please apply!ResponsibilitiesReview monthly revenue agreed with clients and actual invoicing.Manage internal invoicing.Categorize all expenses and incomes recorded automatically in QuickBooks.Ensure accurate bookkeeping.Update the finance report constantly, ensuring all data is reflected accurately.Prepare the payroll data for payments.Coordinate with external accountants.General financial support, including financial processes and requirements of each country.What you should knowAdvanced English.Finance knowledge.Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheet (pivot tables, vlookups, logical formulas).Quickbooks (not necessary, but this is a plus!)Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.Positive and proactive attitude.BenefitsHome office.Holidays and PTOs.Flexible hours.Access to learning platforms.
