Job DescriptionJob Title: Accounting Operations ManagerJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join our team at Eltigretexbest. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our corporate accounting functions within our retail convenience stores.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including accounts payable, general ledger, and retail accounting.Ensure monthly closings are done timely and accurately.Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are done timely and accurately.Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.Prepare, review, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.Requirements:Work experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager, with 3 or more years' work experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills.Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Experience with accounting software and databases.Superior data management and data analysis skills.Strong time management and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy.Strong experience managing and mentoring staff.Strong experience with Full-Cycle accounting.Efficient in PDI or other ERP systems.Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced Excel skills required.Point of Sale Transaction experience a plus.Competencies:Analytical acumen and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze data and generate insights, issues, and opportunities.High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.Positive, can-do attitude and true ownership mentality.High energy and strong work ethic.Self-motivated to achieve excellence.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Education:The position requires a Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting, finance, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
