About Us:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Admin Assistant to join our team and provide vital support to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for construction and/or remodeling projects.
Manage data entry, customer databases, and organize files.
Perform internet research on materials, suppliers, and construction-related topics.
Handle email and calendar management.
Transcribe field notes and ensure accurate documentation.
Qualify potential leads over the phone and gather necessary information.
Schedule meetings with leads and update CRM with lead/deal information.
Offer customer support and handle phone calls as needed.
Coordinate supplier communication, manage material orders, and schedule deliveries.
Oversee change order requests and track related invoices.
Track project expenses and assist with purchase order invoicing.
Manage COIs and project warranties, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within the remodeling or construction industry.
Knowledge of construction terminology
Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in managing emails, calendars, and customer databases.
Experience with supplier coordination, material ordering, and delivery scheduling.
Familiarity with tracking project expenses, invoices, and managing change orders.
Ability to handle customer support calls and qualify leads over the phone.
Experience using CRM tools to manage and update lead/deal information.
