The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our agricultural products and services to farmers, agronomists, and other key stakeholders in the agricultural industry.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.Sell agriculture testing services to American farmers.Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel.Manage and maintain a database of prospects and customers in a CRM system.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.Conduct research on target accounts to understand their business needs and pain points.Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential customers.Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors.QualificationsProficiency in English language skills at either the B2 or C1 level is required.English resume is required.Experience in the agricultural industry - especially with vegetables such as zucchini, tomatoes, etc.Experience selling in the USA.Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience; SaaS experience is a plus.Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales results.Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
