Ai Pharmaceutical Product Manager - Madrid, Spain

As an AI Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of AI-centric products, from conceptualization through to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build products that leverage AI to solve complex problems and deliver exceptional value to the business processes.Key Responsibilities:Define and refine the product vision and strategy for AI-based products, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and market needsCollaborate with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to bring AI products from concept to launchIdentify opportunities for new features or enhancements using AI technologiesWork closely with data scientists and engineers to define the data requirements and oversee the development of data models and algorithmsMeasure and analyze product performance and user feedback to inform product iteration and improvementsStay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, and incorporate these into the product roadmap where appropriateEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards in the development and deployment of AI productsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related highly analytical and quantitative fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology productsStrong technical background with a solid understanding of AI, machine learning models, and data analysisExperience with product management tools and methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with AI ethical considerations and compliance requirementsBenefitsAssistance with relocation to Madrid, Spain.
