Art Director/Designer

If you're ready to take on a leadership role and have a go-getter attitude, we want you on our team!Main Responsibilities:Led the design/art direction and execution of powerful ideas, including multiple initiatives such as online/offline advertising, social media campaigns, paid media assets, and BTL.Responsible for developing consumer insight and campaign concepts.Engage in ideation and strategic discussions with the creative team to formulate creative direction, emphasizing visual aesthetics.Develop visually stunning and impactful designs that engage and resonate with target audiences, driving brand awareness and maximizing conversions.Build, lead, and review the creative team's work in producing all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.Committed to finding creative solutions to marketing challenges.This is a full-time hybrid position.What you need to be successful in this role:Proven experience as a Art Director/Designer, with a strong focus on digital and expertise in social media and paid media assets, 6+ years of experience.Impressive portfolio demonstrating your exceptional creativity in creating key visuals that communicate ideas.Being able to communicate in ENGLISH is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
