Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience, and other factors.Position OverviewThe Asset Protection & Security Support Clerk's responsibility is to assist the Asset Protection & Security department in a multitude of administrative duties which support the team in achieving company goals.General Duties and Responsibilities:Manages the inventory, logs, and order process for the Store Stamps Program.Frequently assist the department with distribution of Daily Mail.Monitor and distribute Truck and Security Seals to stores and operations.Assist with the Loaner Vehicle Program and updating the Car Wash Invoice Log.Oversee the Lost and Found Program by receiving, logging, and reconciling any lost property and money orders.Assist the AP&S Administrator with logging in False Alarm activity reported by the District Managers.Receives and logs counterfeit bills as well as shipping to Bureau of Secret Service on a period basis.Controls users, activity, and process request for Store Manager Cards through ENCOR & ACS.Assist AP&S Management as needed, help with projects and regular office duties as requested, answering phones, researching price on parts and equipment, etc.Knowledge and Skills:Strong clerical skills.Strong motivational skills.Proficient analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Promoting a positive and desirable atmosphere within the department.Adaptable, ability to multitask.Knowledge of Word, Excel, PPP, Outlook, copier/printer, phone, etc.Required Education and Experience:High School Diploma and/or equivalent.2 years of clerical, administrative and/or office environment or similar.Physical Demands:May also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials at times.Requires prolonged sitting or standing.This position requires up to 5% travel for business needs.Typical physical demands or activities include climbing, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and walking.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time non-exempt level position.Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (available to a flexible schedule based on needs).Open to work Weekends and Holidays.The following are intended to be examples of the accountabilities for which the person in this position is responsible.
