Our company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual HR Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a healthy and productive work environment, as well as implementing strategies that improve employee performance and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our Human Resources department in professional development and recruiting and selection.
- Develop and update detailed and accurate job descriptions for all roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure job descriptions reflect current responsibilities and expectations.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate employee performance and effectiveness of organizational initiatives.
- Analyze KPI data and provide regular reports to senior management with recommendations for improvements.

- Plan and conduct weekly training sessions for the team, both remote and in-person.
- Develop training materials and programs that address specific skill development and professional growth needs of employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Identify development opportunities and design customized career plans for employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced English skills (B2/C1 Proficiency).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge in evaluation techniques and KPI's development
- Availability to work full time in our office in Chacao, Caracas (Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM).
