Descripción

We seek Booking Consultant to facilitate our incoming tour operation in Venezuela. Essential duties and responsibilities include complete tour operation, managing full accommodations (air, hotel, transfers, and excursions), quote management from date of issue until travel date, and performing other duties as required. Basic data entry duties will also be part of the responsibilities.

Requisitos


Previous experience with inbound tour operators, travel agencies, or airlines is a plus. A college degree is preferred but not mandatory. Good attendance is mandatory, and the ideal candidate should possess strong customer service, verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. PC literacy in computer reservation systems (CRS) as well as standard office and business software is essential. Data entry and clerical accounting work will be required, and no specific accounting background is needed. Proficiency in email, online booking tools, and contracted fares is crucial. The perfect candidate will excel in managing face-to-face interactions with our overseas clients and should be detail-oriented with multitasking capabilities.
