About the roleThe scope of this role covers innovation "end to end"; from participation in strategic opportunity identification, through ideation and concept development to commercialization through the Innovation gate process. It will be primarily focused on development of new categories. A fantastic opportunity to demonstrate a strong cross functional leadership, take great ideas from concept to execution, and work across Innovation, Marketing, Commercial and Supply teamsTop 3 Key AccountabilitiesBrand Management & Marketing 30%Operation/Project Management 40%Assist the Innovation Manager in developing & executing business plan for incubation projects in line with strategy. It will be required to take lead responsibility for certain projects, which need to be completed following Diageo processes in full compliance, but with an open eye for optimization opportunities.Build recommendations to Innovation Manager regarding consumer buying patterns & trade environments (mostly On Trade driven exercise)Track incubation projects in line with sales and marketing KPIs, develop commercial strategies and lead execution in line with sales force.Build strong relationship with Sales Force & Customers ensuring excellent cooperation and execution of the projects. Also, develop quality relationships with outlet managers and ownersCreate highly distinctive marketing and shopper marketing offers based on cultural insight. About You 3 + years' work experience at associate brand managers/ related positions Passion for celebrationDemonstrated ability in marketing & shopper marketing experiencesFlexibility and Agility, key for success in the roleA medium/high level of PowerPoint and Excel, as well as strong presentation skills, are essential.Alcoholic Beverages experience is beneficial yet not mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
