Requirements:

Communication Skills: Exhibit strong phone and verbal communication skills coupled with active listening abilities.
Customer Focus: Demonstrate adaptability to different personality types and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Multitasking Skills: Showcase the ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and effectively manage your time.

Qualifications:

Proactive Attitude: Take initiative and anticipate customer needs.
Responsibility: Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility in handling customer interactions.
Accountability: Own your tasks and ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

Manage Calls: Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
Effective Communication: Follow communication scripts when addressing various topics.
Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database.

Technical & Physical Requirements:

High-Speed Internet: Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum of 20 MB upload and download speeds.
Modern Equipment: Possess a modern laptop/desktop with a working headset and mic (minimum I-5 generation 10 processor and 8GB RAM).
Quiet Workspace: Ensure a quiet and distraction-free work environment.
Backup Systems: Have power and internet backup to ensure uninterrupted service.
