The Consortium Coordinator will work under the direct management of the PUI Deputy Head of Mission for Programs and the joint management of the Consortium Steering Committee.
The key objectives of the Consortium Coordinator will be to ensure that the consortium project activities are implemented in a coordinated, efficient, effective, timely, and qualitative manner.
Responsibilities:
Multi-Agency Team coordination and external representation: Ensure all teams involved in the consortium project activities are held accountable on their objectives.
Program coordination: Ensure activities are implemented in a timely and professional manner, according to objectives, goals, and indicators.
Strategy definition: Contribute to the regular assessment of needs and advocate towards partners and donors.
Support coordination: Ensure regular follow-up of financial, logistic, and HR resources allocated to the project.
Grants, audit, and compliance management: Coordinate with relevant partners to ensure respect of donor grants and partnership agreements.
Requirements:
Training: Master's degree in project management, political sciences, international development, humanitarian studies, or relevant areas, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in supervising diverse teams and coordinating multi-agency interventions.
Knowledge and skills: Strong knowledge of donor requirements, experience in writing and editing reports, and extensive knowledge in Project Cycle Management.
Qualities: Proven capacity for analyzing information, good communication skills, self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
Languages: Strong command in English; Spanish, Arabic, and/or French are assets.
