Costumer Service Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Specialist to join the BEACON Real State team! If you have solid experience in customer service, managing automated systems (AI) in the real estate sector, this is an opportunity for you. About the Role: This role will be responsible for providing timely support to our clients by addressing their property-related requests and needs, managing general inquiries, and monitoring them to ensure proper resolution.Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service through different channels (phone, email, chat, apps)Manage artificial intelligence tools to enhance the customer experience and optimize processesUtilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.Assist clients with requirements related to property management Resolve customers inquiries and /or issues promptly and effectively Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and case follow-upsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication careers or similar. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the real estate sector or property management.
