1. Candidate will develop, implement, and maintain the strategic action plan to mitigate identified risks to crude quality and volume transport throughout the value chain (CPF-COMOR-MORERO-DACION-AROS-PTO-PALMICHAL-TAEJ)
2.Responsible for the development, contracting and execution of the annual infrastructure plan related to all facilities throughout the value chain, leveraging the projects being implemented by other CVX partnered empresas mixtas
3.Develop and maintain relationships with the partner management representatives throughout the value chain, ensuring a consistent flow of information through effective communications
4. Provide effective management of all contracts and contractors involved in the quality assurance, crude transport, and infrastructure execution projects, ensuring adherence to the principles of Operational Excellence, and effective cost management
5. Development and implementation of a control and monitoring system for crude quality and volume movements, with associated KPI's
6. Development and implementation of a control and monitoring system for Infrastructure projects contracting and execution, with associated KPI's
7. Development and implementation of all required reports for Petroindependencia, PDVSA and Chevron
