Customer Sales Support Manager - Bilingual

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a remote Sales Marketing service. In this role, you will provide administrative support and sales follow-up services to our portfolio clients and new prospects via email, phone calls, and video conferences.Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and emails from clients in both English and Spanish.Collect necessary information from vendors to pass on to clients to process requests for visual merchandise and marketing folder assets.Assist clients with inquiries regarding marketing collateral, quotes, and task processing reminders.Maintain accurate records of client information and communications.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service to clients.Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and productivity.Requirements:Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in marketing and sales preferred.Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with supervision.Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.We offer opportunities for growth within the company and a flexible work schedule.
