Job Summary:We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools like Looker, Google Tag Manager, Supermetrics, and Google Analytics, and will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize our campaigns across various channels. You will play a key role in measuring the effectiveness of our marketing efforts and supporting strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret data from digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, and Supermetrics, to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, bounce rates, and ROI for all digital marketing efforts.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker, Supermetrics, and Google Analytics to provide regular updates on campaign performance.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmarks.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to identify the most effective marketing strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure campaigns are effectively executed and optimized.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing efforts based on data analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving user experience, customer engagement, and conversion rates on the website and other digital platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing analytics.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role.
Proven experience with Looker, Supermetrics, and Google Analytics, GTM.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques.
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
Google Analytics certification is a plus.
