Position Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster customer loyalty. Your expertise in marketing will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.).
Create compelling content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
7 - 10 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Prior experience in the hospitality or corporate housing industry highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
